One thoughtful system.
Every part of teaching.

A clear home for your teaching offer, on your domain.

02Student booking

Lessons, credits, and schedules that work together.

03A calm workspace

Keep teaching progress and the day’s work in view.

A closer look at TutorHQ

The tools behind
your teaching.

TutorHQ brings your teaching website, day-to-day tools, and student experience together in one place. Your teaching business gets its own private workspace, set up around the way you teach.

01

Your public presence

A teaching site with your name on it.

Present your lessons and packages, introduce your approach, answer common questions, and collect enquiries. Add your teaching profile and brand details, then connect your own website address when you are ready.

  • A website styled with your brand
  • Your teacher profile and a private enquiry inbox
  • Packages and your own policy pages
  • Your own web address while keeping email where it is
02

Your teacher workspace

Keep lessons, learners, and the week in view.

Keep your student list, weekly schedule, extra available times, and days off together. Review bookings, record how lessons went, set your cancellation rules, and invite another teacher or helper when team access is available.

  • Your student list and learner profiles
  • Weekly availability and days off
  • Bookings, lesson history, and cancellations
  • Private student notes and follow-up reminders
03

The student experience

A clear place for learners to make progress.

Your students see a site that belongs to your teaching business. They can manage their account, find lessons, book times you have made available, check their credits, and follow their learning. Email sign-up and password help are available once your email service is set up.

  • Student accounts and profiles for your school
  • Lesson booking and credit balance
  • Learning packages, lessons, and quizzes
  • Progress updates, shared materials, and reports
04

Learning and engagement

Build learning around each student.

Organize a course into lessons, add useful links and learning materials, and use quizzes to check understanding. You can share resources with a student, keep private notes, and prepare progress reports. Optional rewards include points, levels, badges, and a leaderboard for your own students.

  • Courses arranged into lessons
  • Quizzes with private answers and automatic marking
  • Shared materials and read receipts
  • Private notes, report cards, and student rewards
  • Optional exercise ideas, reviewed by you before students see them
05

Credits and payments

Set your lesson price. Keep the credit rules simple.

Lesson length is simple: 1 credit for 30 minutes, 2 credits for 60 minutes, and 3 credits for 90 minutes. You choose the price of one credit. Bigger packs save more: 5% off 50 credits, 10% off 100, 15% off 200, and 20% off 500. A 25-credit pack has no pack discount.

Yoco or Stripe can take payments once your account is connected. The demo never takes real payments.

06

Your workspace and privacy

Your teaching business has its own private space.

Your students, lessons, packages, and learning information stay separate from other teachers. The TutorHQ team sets up which tools are available to your workspace and helps connect email, payments, your website address, and private file storage as needed.

  • Your tools are chosen for your workspace
  • Your student and lesson information stays separate
  • Private file storage is set up for your business
  • You choose whether optional visitor tracking is used

Before you get started

Questions teachers
usually ask.

Is TutorHQ a teaching marketplace?

No. Your students visit your own branded teaching site. TutorHQ does not put teachers together in a public directory.

Do I need my own website address?

You can get started before you have one. When you are ready, we can connect your website address and leave the email service you already use in place.

Can I choose which tools I use?

We set up the tools that fit your teaching business. Some options, such as email sign-up, payments, or file sharing, need their own setup before students can use them.

What does a lesson credit mean?

One credit covers 30 minutes, two cover 60 minutes, and three cover 90 minutes. You choose the price of one credit; TutorHQ applies the shared discount for larger packs.

Can I try the student and teacher sides first?

Yes. The demo gives you a temporary sample workspace with made-up student and lesson details. Each visitor gets a private demo, and payments are turned off.

What does TutorHQ cost?

We will talk through your teaching setup and the tools you need, then confirm current pricing with you. Ask us for a setup call to get started.
